c. Letter of financial capability from a trusted financial advisor or CPA. 
 
2. Buyer Representation Details - If the buyer is working with a representative, such as a real estate broker or  attorney, the following information must be provided: 
a. Full name and contact details of the representative. 
b. A copy of the representation agreement or a signed letter confirming representation. 
 
3. Confidentiality Agreement - Buyers may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving detailed property information, including the address, photos, or other identifying features. 
 
4. Offer Submission Details - Offers must be submitted in writing and include: 
a. Purchase price. 
b. Proposed terms and contingencies (if any). 
c. Proof of funds or financing documentation attached. 
 
5. Identity Verification - A valid government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license) for all parties involved in the offer may be required to ensure compliance with privacy and legal standards. This criteria may be waived 
if you are represented by an attorney.
